1. The viscosity of the oil is too high, which makes the blade movement inflexible. At this time, we can choose working oil with viscosity.

2.Second, the suction pipe or filter device is blocked, which will lead to poor oil absorption. At this time, we can clean the filter device and replace the hydraulic oil.

3. The inner rotor is not rotating. We can check the worm, worm gear or gear of the oil pump drive system, whether the fastening screws or positioning pins of the inner rotor are loose, and whether the worm gear and the main shaft worm are properly meshed.

4. The oil outlet pipeline is blocked, you can check whether the oil pipe of the oil outlet is bent or damaged and blocked.

5. The rotation direction of the inner rotor is not the same as that of the prime mover, which will cause the oil inlet and outlet to switch back and forth.

6. The oil filtering precision of the system is relatively low, which causes the blade to be stuck in the groove. At this time, we can disassemble and clean the parts.
